How this place/site benefits you and your community:  Jaycee Park is an incredible place for our community to meet, recreate, and participate in sports.  It is the largest park in Artesia, adding to the quality of life for our residents.  We have great picnic areas for families to enjoy the outdoors, wonderful playgrounds for kids, and baseball fields for our youth teams.

We hold our annual 4^th of July Celebration at Jaycee Park, bringing local residents and visitors from surrounding communities together for fireworks, picnics, a 5k and 10K color run, and great fun and games.  The park is important to our community as it serves as a safe and peaceful place for families to enjoy being outside.
